Completely worthless…this is less than an overview
Granted the ISACA versions will put you to sleep, this will confuse you with content that is all over the place. This is published by the “Art of Service” people who attempted to streamline ITIL study, same result for all.

I have worked in Information Security for the past 6 years. In 2004, I passed my CISSP exam. Having been 6 years, I felt it was time for a new certification. I waited to purchase any study materials until 2 weeks before my CISM exam. I had been searching for a small book that would give me a better sense of what to expect when I entered the testing room. I found this one and noticed that it had just been published in April of this year (2010). I was hesitant at first because it was so inexpensive so I did a little research on the author and publisher and then went ahead and purchased it with overnight shipping so I could get to studying. Yes, there was an error on the Table of Contents page, and perhaps some other minor formatting errors, but that did not impact the content of the book. There are good study guestions and there is good coverage of each required CISM domain. I read the book twice, taking notes and took the CISM in June. I just received notification yesterday that I passed!!! I definitely recommend this book (along with at least 3 years of Info Sec Mgmt experience)!

What a piece of worhtless junk. The formatting is off, there are bookmark error messages in the TOC. This book has absolutely no relevance to the CISM exam. Save you money and purchase the study materials from ISACA. Selling this book as study aid is criminal.
